Hummingbird Holistics Covid-19 Policy
Coronavirus Policy
To keep myself and my clients safe and well, I have completed a thorough risk assessment and have implemented measures in line with guidance from the AoR and the Government to ensure your treatments and visits to Hummingbird are safe, comfortable and COVID-19 secure. This next section will sound very “clinical”, but please bear with me as it is important information.
Before You Arrive
- If I feel unwell in any way, I will contact you to cancel your appointment and will complete my 10 day isolation. We can definitely reschedule your treatment once it is safe to do so.
- If you feel unwell in any way, have been in contact with anyone who has been diagnosed with Coronavirus, or has suspected symptoms of it, PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND your appointment. Once you feel better and have completed your isolation for 14 days, we can rebook your appointment.
Attending Your Appointment
- For your safety and to adhere to social distancing guidelines, please arrive at your appointment as close to the agreed time as possible.
- There will be at least 15 minutes between clients to minimise contact with other clients. During this time, the treatment space will be fully ventilated, and all contact surfaces properly sanitised.
- Assuming you are well to attend, on your arrival I will take you temperature and complete a risk assessment form before each treatment to ascertain if it is appropriate for you to have a treatment.
- Please wear a face covering on arrival (you must wear this for the duration of your treatment).
- When entering the premises, please wash or sanitise your hands. The hand sanitiser in the pumps has a 60% alcohol content or higher.
- Please wash or sanitise your hands before and after treatments (I will do the same). Sanitiser with >60% alcohol is available to use at Hummingbird.
During Your Treatment
- I will wear a face covering (and where appropriate a visor as well) for the duration of every treatment. Please wear your face covering for the duration of your treatment too.
- Clean linen and towels will be used for each client (uniform and towels are laundered at 600)
- Non-essential soft furnishings are not permitted in the treatment room. This includes blankets, so please feel free to bring a clean blanket of your own if you wish.
- A cleaning checklist will be on display to show when cleaning has taken place.
- Pleas bring your own bottle of water as I now cannot provide any water.
- Payment must be contactless (either contactless card payment, mobile or bank transfer).
Thank you for your support and understanding.
Be kind to yourself,
Katy
